Background

Cierra is responsible for developing and sustaining employer relations to create strong hiring pipelines for students.

Prior to joining the Robertson School, she worked as a lobbyist and government relations specialist in Richmond, Virginia. In her spare time, she works as a research assistant in two psychology labs conducted at VCU. She also enjoys reading historical and non-fiction books and can often be found playing with her dogs at Belle Isle Park.
