Background
- Alix Bryan-Campos is a multimedia reporter with over 15 years professional experience covering Richmond and Central Virginia headline news, running social media accounts, field producing major news events, creating video for both news and business clients, managing analytics, editing content, and operating a drone. She has bylines in the Richmond Times-Dispatch, Richmond.com and WTVR CBS 6 -- and the Hermitage Panthianette, where it all began. Alix started teaching at the Robertson School as an adjunct in 2015 and was hired full-time in 2018. She is the club adviser for the Society of Professional Journalists, co-chair of the Accreditation and Assessment Committee, Dow Jones News Fund internship contact, and director of the Newsroom at VCU -- a collaborative production space between multiple classes at the School. She is the director of Capital News Service, a capstone course where students publish bylines with news organizations throughout Virginia.
