Internship Description: 

The Shannon Taylor for Congress Campaign is seeking hard-working, driven interns to join our team. This opportunity is geared toward individuals looking to learn from and be a part of one of, if not the most high profile congressional campaigns in the 2026 cycle. As an intern, you’ll learn the basics of what it means to be a part of a top-tier congressional campaign and how to begin a career in public service. There is no professional or previous internship experience required - only a sincere interest in participating in our democratic process, reaching out Virginians about the election, and electing Shannon Taylor to Congress. 

Qualified Candidates are: 

• Driven, and comfortable working in a fast paced campaign environment.
• Accessible and able to be reached at unconventional hours. 
• Comfortable having conversations with friends and strangers about the importance of the 2026 Midterm elections. 

What you’ll Gain: 

• An Understanding of how competitive congressional campaigns work.
• An Understanding of the democratic political landscape in Virginia, and the nation as a whole. 
• Experience at an entry level organizing position. 
• Professional training and management from campaign staff.
