Role Summary
This intern will streamline and modernize business operations using AI tools, automation, and improved systems.
Key Objectives
- Replace manual processes with AI-driven workflows
- Improve organization and efficiency
- Build systems that scale your business
Core Responsibilities
- Audit current business processes (admin, scheduling, communications)
- Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
- Implement AI tools for:
- Scheduling
- CRM management
- Document organization
- Customer communication templates
- Organize digital assets (book, media, interviews, links)
- Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Deliverables (End of Internship)
- Business process audit report
- AI tool stack recommendation (with use cases)
- Automated workflows (email responses, scheduling, follow-ups)
- CRM or contact management system setup
- Organized digital asset library
- SOP manual for daily operations
KPIs
- Time saved on repetitive tasks
- Improved workflow efficiency
- Reduced manual work
- System usability (can you run it easily after they leave)
Weekly Expectations (All Interns)
- 10–15 hours minimum productivity tracking
- Weekly deliverable submission
- 1 weekly strategy call with you
- 1 weekly performance report
Midpoint Check
- Review results
- Adjust strategy

Final Week
- Present systems, not just work
- Turn everything into reusable processes
