ModernLaLaLand offers remote, project-based internships designed to give students hands-on experience in a real creative marketing environment. As a creative marketing management company, we work at the intersection of content creation, strategy, and digital campaigns to help brands grow.

Our program is structured around collaborative “creative pods,” where interns take on specific roles such as Content Editing, Social Media Strategy, Copywriting, Creative Research, Production Coordination, Digital Marketing & Performance, and UGC & AI Content Creation. Interns contribute to real campaigns, gaining experience across the full workflow - from ideation to execution and performance.
