Who We Are: For 10 years, the Richmond ToolBank has empowered local non-profits by providing the tools they need to succeed. Through our Tools for Change program, we've supported thousands of community projects, driving sustainability and impact. With over $9.4 million in tool value borrowed, we're building stronger, more vibrant neighborhoods right here in Richmond.

Intern Roles:
● Social Media & Content Creator Intern: Unleash your creativity, craft viral-worthy content, and manage our social media platforms. Build a portfolio with real-world content creation and digital storytelling. Dive into social media strategies and analytics, experimenting with new techniques to amplify our message.
● Digital Marketing & Analytics Intern: Analyze key metrics to optimize our website for maximum impact, mastering digital marketing tools from SEO to Google Ads. Gain hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making and campaign management, shaping our online strategy.
● Community Engagement & Communications Intern: Build meaningful relationships with volunteers, donors, and community partners, sharpening your communication skills through dynamic outreach initiatives. Play a vital role in connecting the ToolBank to the community, fostering strong partnerships.
● Crowdfunding & Special Projects Intern: Design and execute creative crowdfunding campaigns from the ground up, gaining valuable project management experience and developing your entrepreneurial skills. Work on real projects that have a direct effect on the community, leaving a lasting impact.
