Summer 2025: Richmond ToolBank - Community Engagement Intern (PAID)

Who We Are: For 10 years, the Richmond ToolBank has empowered local non-profits by providing the tools they need to succeed. Through our Tools for Change program, we've supported thousands of community projects, driving sustainability and impact. With $10 million in tool value borrowed, we're building stronger, more vibrant neighborhoods right here in Richmond.

Community Engagement Intern Responsibilities:
● Support the tool lending process, including helping members with tool orders, check-out, and check-in.
● Assist with in-person member relations and provide excellent customer service.
● Accompany supervisor to off-site member volunteer projects and community events as needed.
● Assist with loading and unloading tools for orders and returns.
● Help build and maintain relationships with community partners, volunteers, and member organizations.
● Help plan, coordinate, and execute in-house volunteer opportunities
