United Real Estate is seeking communications students to help create engaging, educational content that explains tax-advantaged real estate investing in clear, approachable ways for a general audience.
This opportunity is ideal for students interested in content creation, digital marketing, social media strategy, video production, and brand visibility, especially those curious about translating financial topics into compelling stories.
What You’ll Work On
Students may assist with:
- Mailchimp email content (educational campaigns, newsletters, short insights)
- YouTube content (informative videos explaining real estate and capital gains concepts)
- Short-form video creation and editing (social media–ready clips)
- Social media posts and captions designed to build awareness and visibility
- Translating complex financial ideas (capital gains, tax benefits, wealth-building) into accessible, audience-friendly messaging
The goal is to help position the brand, and its broker, as a trusted, educational voice in real estate investing.
