SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN
Help Leaders Prevent Burnout Through Strategic Content

THE OPPORTUNITY
We need a strategic content creator who understands that social media can catalyze change – like helping leaders thrive without burning out.

YOUR ROLE:
● Create and schedule content for Instagram and LinkedIn that stops the scroll
● Develop strategic content campaigns
● Design graphics using Canva or similar tools
● Manage content calendar and posting schedule
● Track analytics and adjust strategy based on what's working
● Help me build the Well Leaders movement through authentic storytelling

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
✓ Strategic content creation for professional services
✓ Brand voice development and consistency across platforms
✓ Social media management for mission-driven businesses
✓ How to balance authenticity with professionalism
✓ Content strategy that connects to actual business goals
✓ Direct mentorship from founder/CEO with 10+ years experience

WHO YOU ARE

YOU CARE ABOUT:
● Equity, wellness, and supporting BIPOC communities
● Doing work that matters beyond engagement metrics

YOU HAVE (OR WANT TO DEVELOP):
● Writing skills that sound human, not corporate-robot
● Basic design sense
● Organizational skills to manage a content calendar
● The confidence to speak up when something isn't working
● Video editing or Reels/TikTok creation skills

THE DETAILS
TIME COMMITMENT: 10-12 hours/week (flexible schedule)
LOCATION: Remote
DURATION: One semester minimum (opportunity to extend)
