Carson Ashby Events is looking for an events intern.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event design, planning, and production preparation
• Support the planning team with client communications, vendor outreach, and timeline organization
• Attend and assist with weddings and events on select weekends (Saturday availability required)
• Contribute to social media, marketing materials, and behind-the-scenes documentation
• Maintain organization of event supplies, samples, and client files

Qualifications

• Current college student pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced environments
• Availability on Saturdays for event days and team support
• Passion for weddings, events, and design

Details

• Duration: January–May 2026
• Schedule: Part-time (10–15 hours/week) + select Saturdays
• Compensation: College credit or experience-based internship
