Digital Media Intern Position Description

The College of Humanities and Sciences is accepting applications for an enthusiastic student intern with a passion for communications, a talent for creating engaging social media content, and an eye for detail. 

Your role as Social Media Intern will include:

• Drafting daily social media posts for CHS social media pages (Monday-Friday)
• Aggregating news stories from CHS departments and schools
• Promoting upcoming events on CHS social media pages
• Working with the Event and Communication Manager to develop content for CHS social media pages
• Working virtually and in-person as needed

Intern Qualifications

• Junior or Senior with 3.0 GPA
• Strong interest in social media
• Strong communicator
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Self-starter
