Our team is passionate, dynamic, and looking for a dedicated intern to join us as we bring magical moments to life!

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Wedding Planning Intern who is eager to learn the ins and outs of wedding coordination and event management. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of wedding planning, from client communication and vendor coordination to design and day-of support. You’ll work closely with our experienced wedding planners and assist with real weddings and events.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with client meetings, helping to take notes and provide follow-up as needed
• Support with vendor coordination, including reaching out to vendors and managing schedules
• Research and contribute ideas for wedding themes, decor, and trends
• Help organize and prepare wedding materials and décor items
• Attend on-site events to support setup, guest coordination, and troubleshooting
• Update social media and create content that showcases our brand’s unique style
• Assist with administrative tasks such as email communication, invoicing, and budget management

Qualifications:

• Passionate about weddings, events, and creating memorable experiences
• Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a program in Event Planning, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva, Pinterest, or social media platforms is a plus
• Flexible schedule, with availability to work occasional evenings and weekends
• Prior experience in event planning or hospitality is a bonus but not required
