Videography/Video Editing Internship 

Enso Media Firm aims to fill the gap between corporations and small business owners by offering affordable inclusive social media marketing services, from video production to content curation. Our innovative approach to marketing services focuses on the story behind the product or service, creating a connection between a business and their customers. We are a full service media company that offers our clients everything from photography to web design to social media, with a strong emphasis in video marketing. 

General job duties of a Videography/Editor Internship: 

• Assist in every aspect of the Video Production process; scheduling, filming, editing, delivering final product 
• Managing Video Production gear 
• Work with Upper Team Members to formulate scripts/shot lists for various projects 
• Tracking client progress on a weekly basis 
• Maintaining the studio in an orderly fashion 

Qualifications Applicants Should Posses: 

• Some working knowledge of DSLR or Mirrorless Lens Cameras - Some working knowledge of Adobe Premiere or similar software - Ability to handle various tasks in a fast paced environment 
• Time management skills/ability to work on deadlines 
• Client relation skills are a positive 

Internship Training Includes: 

• Hands on training with Video Production Equipment (cameras, lighting, sound) - Editing training in Adobe Premiere 
• Client relation and sales training 
• Training in CRM database systems 

This internship is offered year round. Hours are flexible. Our office is 10 min from VCU Campus. This is an unpaid internship with the possibility of a paid position with the company. All applications should be emailed to stephen@ensomediafirm.com
