IME Network is a purpose-driven digital media and publishing company, home to New League Magazine and Women’s Quarterly. We spotlight powerful stories in leadership, lifestyle, culture, and reinvention—creating a space for diverse voices and original
content that inspires, informs, and uplifts. With a growing digital footprint and active multimedia projects—including magazines, podcasts, and brand collaborations—we are building a modern media ecosystem centered on purpose, innovation, and creativity.
Internship Overview:
We are seeking motivated and creative interns across multiple disciplines who desire real-world experience in a mission-driven media environment. This remote, unpaid internship is eligible for college credit and offers flexible hours within a supportive team culture.
Time Commitment:
- Minimum of 5–10 hours per week
- Internship duration: At least 10 weeks
- Must attend a weekly 1-hour team call (via Zoom)
Open Internship Roles:
Marketing & Social Media Intern
- Schedule and draft content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Assist in audience growth campaigns and basic engagement tracking
- Research trends, hashtags, and brand-aligned messaging
Graphic Design Intern
- Design layouts, social graphics, quote cards, and promotional visuals
- Assist with lookbooks, media kits, or e-zine templates (Canva, Adobe, or Figma)
- Ensure visual consistency across both brands
Editorial/Journalism Intern
- Pitch stories or interview-based articles for online or print
- Write short features, pull quotes, and section introductions
- Assist with light copyediting, fact-checking, and proofing
Public Relations & Communications Intern
- Help write press releases, bios, and promotional blurbs
- Research influencers, guests, and potential brand partners
- Organize press contacts and support media outreach
Video & Multimedia Intern
- Edit short video content for social media, reels, and podcast clips
- Assist with video captions, thumbnails, and YouTube uploads
- Collaborate on creative direction for multimedia campaigns
Requirements:
- Passionate about media, storytelling, and uplifting diverse voices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to take initiative, receive feedback, and work independently
- Access to computer, internet, and relevant software (e.g. Canva, Adobe, etc.)
