Canal Club is taking applications for the Fall Internship Program. 

The Canal Club was established in 2000 as the premiere Live Music venue. Hosting live music, comedy, and much more entertainment. We are a two story building with flexible floor plans to accommodate any event. 

We are looking for someone with an interest in marketing,  communications and hospitality.  The candidate must possess strong computer skills, strong knowledge in graphic design as well as strong writing and communication skills.

Duties:

• Manages the Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook pages
• Creates posts for Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook by creating graphics, utilizing photographs, or utilizing promotional content from musicians, performers, or agents
• Promotes past and upcoming shows through social media posts to help drive ticket sales
• Promotes new show announcements across social media
• Re-posts relevant posts that The Canal Club is tagged in on social media
• Creates slides for the venue's TVs to promote upcoming events 
• Sends upcoming events at The Canal Club to media outlets in the area 

Requirements: 

• Must have reliable transportation 
• We offer flexible scheduling
• Must be at least 18 years old
