Graphic Design Intern Position Description
The College of Humanities and Sciences is accepting applications for an enthusiastic student intern with a passion for graphic design and a talent for creating engaging content. The successful candidate will work with the director of communications to produce content for print and digital, social media, video, and the web. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and creative individual with exciting graphic design skills. We are looking to you to tell the stories of the College in an interesting and engaging way. This internship also requires organizational skills, self-motivation, and an ability to meet deadlines.
Intern Responsibilities
- Design posters, fliers, postcards, promotional materials, reports, donor materials, and web images for the College
- Assist the director of communications and the social media coordinator with any graphic design needs
- Collaborate with communications and video interns on content for the College
Intern Qualifications
Junior or senior with 3.0 GPA
Creative
Strong communicator
Ability to meet deadlines
Organized and detail-orientated
Self-starter
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
