SK Consulting is seeking an intern to help develop and execute a social media strategy for Alchemy 2017 -- a national storytelling conference set forMay 19 in Richmond, Virginia. The conference is targeted to reach a national audience of nonprofit leaders who seek to build capacity and sustainability by learning to tell a better story. This unpaid internship opportunity is offered for credit and will be hands-on and offer real-world experience in development of a social media campaign. The successful candidate will be creative, innovative, self-directed and motivated with a strong work ethic and follow-through. The position will serve as a member of the core planning team. The project will be guided by SK Consulting’s founder, Sue Kindred.
SK Consulting is focused on building capacity and sustainability for nonprofits. Founder and President Sue Kindred has more than 30 years’ real-world “been there done that” experience. She specializes in building Board engagement, teaching how to tell a compelling story, creating effective volunteer programs, and collaboratively guiding strategic direction.
