BRAND LEAD: 

Looking for a brand marketing leader ready to help us move from one of the “best kept secrets” to the “sought out best” in the fine art industry…After Parsons Creative Collective acquired an established fine arts business in 2013—SFA Fine Art Services—we’ve spent the past few years heads-down learning our business and clients and now we are ready to grow. To help us achieve exponential growth through strategic marketing, we’re building a team of talented marketing leads looking for a challenging internship that will stretch their creativity and build their resume. Ready to step into a lead role?

How do you change the name but maintain the identity? We're looking for a brand marketing lead to drive the critical transition to the Parsons’ name while maintaining the industry reputation, credibility and clientele. This marketing leader will be key in developing our core brand identity and assets and telling the world about our products and services.

Responsibilities. • Collaborate on design of new brand identity and assets, including company name, tagline, positioning statement and story • Create product concepts and content that tells the world about our products and benefits in a compelling way that is aligned to the brand image • Develop and implement a promotion and awareness campaign that creates awareness and excitement amongst existing clients and affiliates of the brand transition • Design a strategy that brings our brand to life and keeps it consistent across all our various touchpoints

Qualifications. To drive our audacious client growth agenda, the brand lead will have • First and foremost, great people talent – ability to connect with others, build and grow relationships • Ability to thrive and deliver on-time results when given a lot of autonomy and independence • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Professionalism in your appearance and work • High level of creativity and experience expressing it through digital ways (i.e. experience in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies) • Personal computer to use with software necessary to accomplish your goals

Commitment. You will be expected to work at least 12 hours per week on location and choose your own schedule within operating hours. Three credit hours will be earned.

Compensation. You will receive a stipend of $150 and 10% of the cost of first purchase made by new clients attracted to the company as a direct result of your marketing efforts during your internship.

SOCIAL MEDIA LEAD

To help us achieve exponential growth through strategic marketing, we’re building a team of talented marketing leads looking for a challenging internship that will stretch their creativity and build their resume. Do you tweet, share, and post to social media in your sleep? We're looking for a social media lead to design and implement a social media strategy in relevant platforms that grows our followers, engages and retains them, and helps convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company.

Responsibilities. • Create and execute a social media strategy that spreads our brand like wild fire in the social platforms that matter (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and can be easily sustained • Drive relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions from existing leads and clients • Run scheduled social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions) • Share content that educates, entertains, and can be contagiously spread amongst networks • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI

To help us achieve exponential growth through strategic marketing, we’re building a team of talented marketing leads looking for a challenging internship that will stretch their creativity and build their resume. As the public relations lead, you will play an integral role in establishing relationships and key partnerships in RVA’s thriving art community to increase the notoriety of SFA and grow our clients and affiliations.

Responsibilities. • Connect with influential fine art networks and organizations to get the word out about who we are and the high quality services we provide • Plan and manage events that become the “talk of the town” amongst our target clientele and affiliate networks • Create compelling, modern invitation strategies on a shoe-string budget that draw invitees to events • Establish a sustainable strategic public relations plan that positions our company as a value-add partner for relevant art communities

Responsibilities. • Connect with influential media outlets and journalists to place stories that get the word out about who we are and the high quality services we provide • Assist with event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and event design to ensure continuity in our public image • Create compelling, modern content regularly to grow the company’s footprint (press releases, corporate announcements, and creative content) and establish our “voice” in the community • Establish a sustainable strategic media relations plan that positions our company as a value-add partner for relevant media and community outlets
