Engaging people of faith and goodwill to advocate for economic, racial, social and environmental justice in Virginia’s policies and practices through education, prayer and action.
Assist with all communications - producing a live weekly broadcast, "Virginia Interfaith LIVE!" focusing on online digital producing, interviewing, research, creating broadcast lineups and online resources, writing blog posts, posting on social media, creating slide decks with stories, tracking social media analytics, policy research an economic, racial, social, and environmental justice, drafting press releases, Participating in staff meetings, brainstorming ideas, editing videos (not required) and assisting in organization-wide projects.
Interns work directly with communications director, Roberta Oster (former network TV News producer) and will be involved as a partner in all aspects of running a communications office.
