Veronica Garabelli spent seven years as a reporter and editor at Virginia Business magazine, covering business news across the commonwealth. Prior to that she was a creative producer at Lockwood Broadcast Group and production assistant at WTVR-CBS 6 in Richmond. In 2018, she joined the Robertson School of Media Culture as an adjunct professor, teaching Business of Media and Online Journalism master’s level-courses. That year, she also won first place at the Virginia Press Association’s annual awards for feature writing. Garabelli is a proud Robertsonian, having graduated from the school’s undergraduate and graduate journalism programs. She’s a native of Montevideo, Uruguay and has reported in English and Spanish.
