Robertson School professors sit on panel at Virginia State University

On Wednesday, Virginia Commonwealth University Richard T. Robertson School of Media and Culture professors Dr. Clarence W. Thomas and Ricardo Young (Adjunct) participated in a panel discussion at Virginia State University.

The two professors were invited to discuss the topic "The Impact of New and Social Media on African Americans" in a town hall setting. Other participants came from the VSU faculty and Richmond City Public Schools.

The event was attended by approximately 300 VSU students, faculty and staff who asked questions of the participants after the presentations. The event was sponsored by the Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity Inc..
