Internship Position Available at Victoria Rose Style

Victoria Rose Style is an exclusive styling service provider that caters to busy professionals and mothers. We offer styling services to a diverse range of clients, including C-suite professionals, politicians, lawyers, women executives, leaders, venture capitalists, business travelers, and members of social clubs like Soho Club and The Tower Club in McLean, VA. We are currently looking for an intern to work with our Founder and Owner, Victoria Palmer.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Assistant Intern
• Salary: 6% commission pay on any full-service package scheduled and paid for
• Work Hours- 5 hours per week
• Location: Remote and some In-person appointments
• Start date: February 1st, 2024.

Personal Stylist Intern Responsibilities: Contracting Position
As a personal stylist intern, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, such as:

• Assessing the client's existing style and making appropriate wardrobe improvements
• Understanding the client's needs and making relevant purchases and style suggestions
• Developing email concepts, monthly calendars, and messaging cadence using historical marketing data to inform decisions.
• Conducting market research to deploy best-in-class campaigns that are engaging, drive conversion, and increase overall VRS of our customers.
• Creating Lookbook ideas through our online e-commerce platform
• Creating looks for each individual client on our New FINDS section of our interactive online Platform. Marketing to executives and local businesses, networking about our style packages, and producing marketing ideas based on seasonal changes or fashion trends.
• Keeping up to date with the latest fashion trends and seasonal colors by watching fashion channels and conducting online research
• Assisting the client with wardrobe organization and meeting clients for 2-4 hours and arriving on time at shopping locations like Neiman Marcus or Saks to assist with their shopping and styling needs.
• Ensuring the client has minimal stress associated with image choices.
• Making all clothing and design choices by taking the client's individual body, hair, and skin types into consideration

Personal Stylist Requirements:

• Knowledge of the fashion industry is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment, and communication skills
• Good time management
• A keen eye for beauty and style
• Confidence and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to stores and work flexible hours.
• This Internship position to help generate leads for the services we provide.

Personal Stylist Compensation, Customer Privacy, Business Privacy Working Hours

• You are paid when you sell any of our packages we offer and as soon as the client pays.
• You are responsible for your own 1099.
• All customer information is confidential and cannot be shared or sold.
• All communication to and from clients must be shared with me and approved.
• Provide a business recap at the end of each week and meet once every other week to touch base in-person or virtual.
• Business Goal: generate new leads of up to 10 customers per week.
• Aspirational Goal: 20 customers per week
