Description of Organization:
The Guld Resource Group is national business consultancy (www.guldresource.com) run by Michael Guld. The main business is through System 21©, a professional sales and marketing development program (www.system21.net). System 21© helps television and radio stations across the country to sell more local direct advertising, develop better integrated marketing campaigns and get better results for their local clients. The Guld Resource Group is also the advertising agency for Smiley’s Glass and Midas of Richmond. The advertising and cause marketing programs developed has helped to triple their business over the last 14 years to become the #1 Midas franchise in the world. In addition, Michael Guld is writing a new book focusing on the soft skills of business to help small businesses to transform their growth.

Intern Responsibilities:
To assist in all areas of book research and promotion (2024 completion date).
Assisting with the sales and marketing of System 21 to new prospective television and radio stations across the country.
Administrative tasks and coordination relating to existing Guld Resource Group and System 21 clients.
Helping to develop a robust social media presence.
Updating of website and collateral and presentation materials including PowerPoint, Prezi and Google Slides.

Internship training benefits:
With over 40 years’ experience in the media, I would be happy to share my professional knowledge of what it takes to be successful in business. I am sharing most of that in my new book, in which you would be a participant. In addition to assisting with my responsibilities, I am happy to have you join me (virtually) with System 21 presentations to media properties and professional development training to radio and television sales and marketing staffs. In addition, you could join in virtually on my consultations with local businesses across the country and see how I help develop a marketing plan to
grow their business. The insight could be extremely beneficial regardless of your chosen field.
