Our founders had the foresight in the mid-2000’s to create a strictly digital major news organization; one of the first in Maryland. Through the following years, we would continue to serve as the first draft of history for our region. We would cover everything from government corruption, criminal activity, and tragedy, to the softer stories that make everyone feel good (with a few crazy stories sprinkled throughout). We try to cover everything that matters to our community. 

News Writer Intern 

We are currently looking to hire news writer interns for our online publication. If you have a passion for writing and a strong interest in current events, we want to hear from you! 

Requirements: 

• Strong writing skills 
• Ability to meet deadlines 
• Knowledge of AP style 
• Availability to work remotely
