Chiropractic Health and Wellness Center: Marketing/Advertising Internship

Description of organization

We are a women owned and operated chiropractic clinic seeking a motivated and dynamic marketing/advertising intern to join our team.  In addition to providing our patients with excellent chiropractic care, we are one of the first clinics in Richmond with SoftWave, a forward-thinking and incredibly effective tool used in treating a host of orthopedic conditions.  With over sixty years of combined experience in the chiropractic world, our doctors are dedicated to the health and wellness of Richmond residents with a robust variety of techniques available to fit every body.  

Responsibilities

1. **Content Creation:** Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including social media, website (excluding website development), and promotional materials. Collaborate with the team to create content that highlights the benefits of chiropractic care and working with our current website to provide enriching, fun, and educational material.
2. **Social Media Management:** Assist in managing and growing our social media presence. Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and explore new opportunities to expand our reach.
3. **Graphic Design:** Collaborate with design tools and current team members to create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
4. **Analytics and Reporting:** Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Generate reports on key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
5. **Email Marketing:** Assist in creating and managing email marketing campaigns to engage current and potential patients. Ensure communication aligns with the chiropractic office's messaging and values.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
• Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for healthcare and an interest in chiropractic care.
